You and your horse are invited to participate in a truly unique portrait experience. Sharing your story and beauty as part of my upcoming celebration and fine art gallery.

WHAT IS HEART HORSE?

A photography series of 40 horses and their owners that tells the story of their partnership, struggles, and growth.

Once every horse is photographed, we’ll have a celebration and fine art gallery of each horse sharing their stories and featuring one photograph from their session.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Horse women 18 years of age and older. Especially the 40+ equestrians. (The generations after you need to hear from you!)

We don't discriminate! All horse women with different shapes, sizes, and backgrounds are welcome!

All horses welcomed too! You DO NOT have to show.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

I'm offering the Heart Horse Experience for $399, the total value is over $800.

WHAT DOES THE HEART HORSE EXPERIENCE INCLUDE?

As one of my Heart Horse Women, you'll receive:

CONSULTATION: To discuss how you want you and your horse to be photographed and guidance on what to wear.

PROFESSIONAL HAIR AND MAKEUP: A pampering session with my professional hair and makeup artist. To help you feel your best.

ORDERING SESSION: A virtual appointment, where you'll see your images, select your gifted image, and order your favorite photographs and products.

PORTRAIT CREDIT: You will receive a $400 credit towards any photographs and products you desire.

YOU AND YOUR HORSE BE CELEBRATED IN MY UPCOMING EVENT: When this portrait series is complete, you and your horse will be featured and celebrated in a gallery exhibition and gala with 39 other horse women and their heart horses. You'll also receive 2 complimentary tickets to the event.

The Day of the Shoot

You can breathe easy, we got you covered! We'll arrive to your barn, get you in hair and makeup and pose you and your horse.

Ordering Appointment

This is where you'll see your photos for the first time, choose your gift print, and order additional products. We have portfolios, albums, wall art, and gallery walls.

Kick your heels back and wait for the other horses and riders to be photographed. We'll notify you with updates about the celebration!

WHY HORSES? WHY ME? AND WHY NOW?

Hi, I'm Bethany!
An equine portrait photographer in Indianapolis, IN.
It all started with a photograph I found at Thanksgiving. Obsessed with looking at grandma’s photo albums, I pulled one out and started flipping through, when I got to an image that stopped me dead in my tracks. There was a thump in the chest. There he was, an image of my beloved childhood horse Jack. My first love.Looking back, it was an image that brought me back to the field where we spent most of our time together. I would pluck grass for him and brush his hair, as he would sweetly reach his nose towards me. Jack was 28 years old when I met him, and being an old roping and barrel racing horse, I could tell he was happy with his retirement of trotting around the pasture with a beaming
8 year old girl on his back. Nothing else mattered but that red gelding. Now, I look back at that time in my life with a full heart and sweet memories. As I still search for more photos of him in my grandmother’s library of photo albums, I wish to create photos for you to look back and remember the time you spent with your horse.
May that sweet soul always be with you.
